Liked: They said pets are allowed and charged one price, then 3 days later came and changed the charges and upcharged the bill for pets. I felt it was trickery. They knew we had pets the whole time but if they would have charged as much as they did 3 days later, we would have picked a much nicer motel right down the road

Horrible experience! The worse!

Liked: Nothing to like about this experience.
Disliked: Bookings.com never emailed my paid reservation. Hotel refused to accept my emailed confirmation. Had to pay $100 to cancel a reservation we never got. Horrible experience dealing with Bookings.com. No phone number for help to resolve this issue. Will never use this service again, warn everyone to do the same.

Liked: Sink wouldn't shut off , had to reach under the sink and use the shut off valve . Remote didn't work coffee pot was nasty. Sheets had stains cigarette burns could hear connect rooms talking or walking Thur the walls. People was outside talking all night.

Disliked: Where to begin. They didn’t change the sheets from the previous person who stayed, you can tell because they were dirty. The floor were very dirty. If you have kids I definitely don’t recommend staying because kids like to run around plus get on the floor. You had to wear socks when walking on the floor but after a few minutes of walking on the floor the bottom of your socks would be super dirty. The towels looked dirty. The deadbolt on the door was broken. It was definitely not worth $158 for 2 nights. When you stay in a hotel it’s supposed to be enjoyable and comforting.

Disliked: As a hunter we leave for the woods early. It would be nice to have coffee and breakfast open earlier.
