The smoke alarm in the room was missing, which turned out to be comical, because early the next morning at 9am, someone pulled the fire alarm and we sat outside on the curb for over 40 minutes. The alarm was turned off, but there was still I high pitched buzz which kept us from entering the building. The lobby was as pictured, clean and updated. However, when you turned the corner to the rooms, it was a definite change. The room was small and dark. It had a musty smell to it. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it needed better lighting. Also, you could see where the pictures on the wall once hung, as the screws were still in the wall.

Liked: The price was fantastic, but I'd pay a little more to not spend the night in a dark basement like room.
Disliked: The room and the hallway were dark! It was a stark contrast to the bright and well lit lobby.

Liked: Appeared to have clean sheets.
Disliked: Rundown; beat up; lacking maintenance.

Great place to stay if you're going to a concert.

Disliked: The room had cockroaches; there was a huge burn hole in the decorative sheet; the employee's weren't very friendly; there were bums hanging out around the hotel; people up talking very loudly at 5a.m.

Liked: Room was clean and ready for our arrival. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Close to door parking available.
Disliked: Reservation was for King bed, but queen bed the only one available. Email from the hotel confirmed it. Staff gave me the number to call for support, but then she told me they had no king beds available. Soooo, bait and switch ?Breakfast area was clean, but no coffee was available. Serving thermos was empty.Disappointing.
