Think twice before you decided...

Disliked: Asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room that reeked of cigars. Had trouble going to sleep and woke up with a headache and stuffy nose because of the smell. Bathroom was not clean. My mother has had a knee replacement and because of being put in the smoking room we were on the second floor. Had we received the non-smoking room we requested, we would have been on the first floor.

Liked: Easy to find/great location. Nice waffle maker for breakfast - although it was a bit messy/the batter dispenser was a bit broken. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Rooms smelled a bit of cigarette smoke even though there were many no smoking signs posted. There wasnt anyone at the front desk. My reservation which included personal information was on a printed paper with my room key on top of it on the front desk. Anyone could have seen it and grabbed it. None of the staff wore uniforms so it was hard to know who was staff. A man sitting on a bench in front of the main entrance went from smoking to cleaning the glass of the front door in a matter of minutes. In our room: The second security lock on the room door didnt work/was missing. The toilet seat had stains on it.
