The hotel is minutes from Arkansas State University-Paragould Crowley's Ridge College Crowley's Ridge State Park and Craighead Forest Park. Many major manufacturers and businesses are less than five miles from the hotel. Rotary Park is adjacent to the hotel and a movie theater is less than one mile away. nice place for eclipse

Liked: staff was nice, and great location with a lot of food, gas, supplies super close.
Disliked: Our towels were dirty, the bed linen smelled bad. No towels at the pool. Pool was freezing. Room AC didn't work so it got super stuffy at night.

One problem after another!

Liked: Room was a nice size
Disliked: Being charged an extra 12.50 after I booked and paid…. I had both of my girls listed (15 & 17) and was charged another 12.50 at the hotel (which should’ve been listed when I booked on here) because they are both considered adults….. then charged $100 for incidentals after I already had a card on file for it. Then told “that’s why we don’t like people using 3rd parties to book”

Very displeased

Liked: Rooms were big.
Disliked: Night shift front desk did not respect night time hours. Called me at 2am to come down to the front desk to ask for my card information again because their computer wasn’t working properly. I asked if it could wait until morning and she said no.
