Won't stay here again!

Liked: The photos advertised made the place look decent but was not what was shown. The hotel is non-smoking but smelled horribly of marijuana and the linen had an odd smell. There were air purifiers throughout the halls and no elevator. Not very accommodating or comfortable.
Disliked: The smell... no smoking means no smoking!

Very good

Was comfortable and nice would...

Liked: Clean and staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: No breakfast and didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner in the room. Would have been upset if I hadn’t brought my own with me.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Great wi-fi ! Had a frig and microwave as requested. Close to Walmart and Outlet ShoppingProximity to Highways made it easy to resume journeyFree parking
Disliked: Hotel very hard to find even with GPS.No breakfast what so ever except coffee Exit doors could not be accessed with room key

Disliked: I had set up to pay at the hotel. When I got there they said it had been charged by Booking. I wanted to pay with a different card big inconvenience. I selected to pay at front desk

Horrible experience

Liked: I only stayed there one night and asked to be refunded my money back. Never received my refund which should have been provided considering I didn’t stay there due to strict rules.
Disliked: I would like my money back from the rest of the night s that I didn’t stay there which was 4 nights.

Liked: Our room was on the first floor
Disliked: It smelled like marijuana and smoke everywhere in the hotel , the staff was barely there when we were looking for them for help with the bathroom. The bathroom in our room had black spots and peeling base boards . The walls were so thin that it was hard to sleep let alone prep for our business trip. Even though we were in a smokeless room it was still so strong that it gave me and my crew head aches. The safety latch was about ready to fall off the hinges definitely ensuring a lack of safe feel.
