Liked: Location to WVU was great!
Disliked: There was some sort of sticky stuff on part of floor. Bedding looked clean and neat but had a funky smell.

For one night, everything was...

Liked: Great easy location to WVU, inexpensive room that seemed updated and fairly clean, though towels and washcloths weren’t crisp, but wrinkled.
Disliked: Mostly nice but the room wouldn’t get warm and the blankets were thin so we were cold. We even left for the evening and put heat up to 75, but upon our return it was only slightly warmer. I think the room was too big and had such big front windows, the heater couldn’t handle ithe cold it was battling (April, but about 38 degrees). Ended up, after hours with it set at 78 and still shivering unable to fall asleep, having to put my leggings and a sweater on under my pajamas and big thick winter hiking socks. Then was able to fall asleep. It cost me a couple hours of sleep unfortunately that I didn’t have to give and made the next day at Decide WVU event the following day less enjoyable and the 4.5 hour drive home more challenging.

WARNING BEING SOLD IN MOTEL...

Liked: I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR ANY ONE WITH CHILDREN. IT IS NOT EVEN SAFE FOR ANYONE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Disliked: I DID NOT LIKE THE POLICE COMING TO OUR DOOR BY ACCIDENT WANTING THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM BESIDE US THAT WAS ATTACHED TO OUR ROOM FROM INSIDE. 8 POLICE OFFICERS SHOWED UP AT THE GUYS ROOM TELLING HIM TO COME OUT AND GIVE UP. THEY THEN TOOK THE MAN INTO CUSTODY BUT I HAD 2 CHILDREN WITH ME THAT FEARED FOR THEIR LIVES, WE LEFT THE MOTEL AND THE MOTEL DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY.
