Friendly staff; needs TLC

Liked: There was a bed with bedding and running water in the faucets. The lamps worked.
Disliked: I understand all hotels are struggling for staff and I understand this is more budget roadside motel than hotel. The bedding was stained, crawly spiders behind doors and in darker places. Worst of all was the stale stench of cigarette smoke; not so good if you suffer from respiratory ailment. The side entry hotel doors were not locked and the chain lock on the room door was broken. Tough night's rest.

Liked: The linens smelled like bleach, which usually means they're pretty clean. Others might say the bed was hard, but I thought it was perfect! The customer service was awesome! Ravi was very kind!
Disliked: The bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet had pee on the lid and seat. The walls had hair stuck to them. The fan was extremely loud. The hallway smelled like smoke. Signs only do so much. If no one is enforcing the rule, people will do what they want to.
