Needs improvement

Liked: The location was average. The workers were polite.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable especially Room 103. We were requested to be moved because of the bed and there was a child running around up above our room. Needs a lot of update on the hotel itself. Rooms especially, plumbing and electrical need a majority. Was charged twice because our flight did not leave till Thursday April 11th and we did not arrive till April 12th Friday. We spoke to the attendant at the desk and said the manager will refund us the money. We have not yet got the refund.

Disliked: Every evening I had to get a new door lock card

Disliked: We payed for a double queen and when we got upstairs to our room, not only wasn't it a double queen but the single bed that was in there wasn't done. The room wasn't clean. We went to complain and the guy at the desk told us that he had no more double beds left but once we pressed a bit more he finally gave us one. We stayed for one night only because we were too tired to finish our drive home. It was literally for 8 hours and when leaving the new guy that was at the front desk tired accusing us of taking the screw off the top of the lamp... WHAT?! I wouldn't go back.

Never again...

Liked: The hot shower was the highlight. The actual faucet was off the wall and the pipes were exposed on both the tub and the sink outside the bathroom, the actual shower was very nice...soft water.
Disliked: While waiting to check in, a gentleman checked in off the street, no reservation. He was given an $80 double. When my sister, who traveled with me checked, the prices of the rooms were $60 single, $80 double. I do not understand how and why I paid an extra $20 (X3 nights) a day on Booking?? Your coverage? Portion? The room was a 1 star, very dirty and dated from the era gone by.
