Disliked: Rude check in clerk. I was informed that I had been booked for 2 rooms. When I attempted to show the clerk my confirmation from booking.com I was immediately told that “she wasn’t going to tolerate my attitude”. My companion slipped and fell OUT of the shower onto the bathroom floor, hitting his head on the door and injuring his entire right side of his body. (no anti slip on floor of tub, one “grab bar,”vertical , near the faucet end of tub which is 100% inaccessible when you are backwards with eyes closed, rinsing your hair) . Called management immediately and was rudely told that my concerns would be forwarded to the day shift (incident occurred around 1:40am) shower curtain was yanked down when companion fell. In morning, went to office and Ms Carol (beautiful woman) assisted in the incident report and put in a priority room check . I left the property at 9:45 am on Saturday and returned near 5pm. NOTHING had been touched. I have pics of everything, slip n fall, no anti slip in tub, even censored pics of companion that fell.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Check in and check out went smoothly as well. I recommend staying here!
Disliked: There wasn't an elevator or wheelchair accessible rooms. That would be the only complaint I have for this establishment.

Disliked: I had a cleaning guy knock on my door at 8:00 am to remind me that check out was at 11:00. I’m told this at check in so why would you wake someone up to remind them to leave by 11:00? Never have I had this happen anywhere and never would I want this to occur again!

Cheap, dirty but you get...

Liked: That it was available- front desk lady was friendly.
Disliked: Something was on the coverlet like a little blood. Housekeeping was banging on my door at 8:30 am even though check out was at 11:00. They cleaned the room next door and played loud Spanish music and singing which I could clearly hear through the adjoining door. I’m glad they were happy although it was inconsiderate of us resting.

Liked: Breakfast was good and oddly a lot of options for a small place. The room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: My room didn’t have a room number. The parking lot is small for the location so I couldn’t park near my room. There were contractors just hanging around near the outside of my room for a good chunk of time.
