Superb
Liked: Really enjoyed the stay! Hotel was really quiet, staff really helpful and the room was amazing, really loved the style of the room.
Disliked: Bathroom could be bigger and the room was a bit cold even with an extra heater but probably because the weather wasn't so great while we were staying there.

Liked: The exterior was lovely,the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was not the greatest,the fittings looked old. The room was a little cold.

Spotless, comfortable and welcoming
Liked: Absolutely wonderful stay. Lovely breakfast, gorgeous rooms, well heated. Love the underfloor bathroom heating. Spotless rooms, although the walls could use a lick of paint on places.Room 8 is a lovely family room, although the beds could be bigger. We were upgraded for our anniversary which made for a lovely suprise.
Disliked: The staff failed to get us milk for our room despite us getting confirmation they would do so at breakfast.

A great weekend stay in...
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Location good for what I wanted. Room large and very clean. Great to have a fridge and tea and coffee maker.
Disliked: Bathroom was adequately sized. Good facilities in bathroom.

Pleasant and comfortable short stay
Liked: Very convenient for Haymarket and friends in Murrayfield. Comfortable room and good breakfast

Very homely
Liked: Would definitely recommend. The lady went the extra mile and gave our family an extra room at no cost so all 5 didn't have to squeeze into one room. Breakfast was really nice too and simple check in and check out.
Rooms were spacious and had tv, good shower and comfy beds.
Disliked: The only 2 negatives was that we couldn't connect to the wifi in our room and I had to park on the main road at the side of the building as all 3 on the property were taken.
