Liked: Yes the room are a little dated but they are spacious,very clean and have everything you could want ! The friendly owner let us check in early ! The food was of a good standard ! Lovely cosy pub sitting by the log fire.

Met our needs as a...

Liked: Hospitality, breakfast and location close to Woodstock all good. The parking on-site is very good if that is a need.
Disliked: The rooms are motel style, separated as a block from the pub and are a little dated, needing some refurbishment. Not a 'vacation' option, but fine for a 'stop-over'. WiFi code was not available in the room and was needed as mobile signal reception is poor in the area. Otherwise fine and reasonable value overall.

Liked: The room was fairly basic but the bed was very comfortable, the shower was good. There was a good choice on the menu, very pleased with our meals. The music was great, an excellent mix of popular music, played at a pleasant level. It was a pleasure, thank you Derek!
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.
