Liked: There was no staff! No one there actually but me and my husband!!!

A convenient, modern, private boutique...

Liked: The room was very good: clean, modern and equipped with both a wine and a regular refrigerator, plus coffee making facilities. We appreciated the speedy Wi-fi and the abundance of wall hangers in the main room and bathroom (so often there are too few). The rooms all have private patios, so if it is privacy you seek, you will find it at the Duchamp. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the pool and hot tub, a nice added perk.
Disliked: The only disappointment was the pool was not heated, although the hot tube was toasty. At the room rate, especially in mid-winter, the pool should’ve been heated.

The flexibility of the staff,...

Liked: The interior space with direct access to pool. The spacious room. The responsiveness and friendliness of the two front desk personnel. The great location.
Disliked: This was a rather expensive hotel. And, there were no amenities, no complimentary glass of wine upon arrival, no breakfast, continental or otherwise. The hotel was completely empty, except for us. Not a problem, but not a good sign.
