Pleasant - 3 out of 5

Mary, Pea Ridge, visiting GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium Tue, 3 December 2013

Liked: Nice beds; plenty of plug in outlets; up to date technology.
Disliked: Small rooms; old musty smell; tiny bathrooms; buffet should be available after the scheduled games, not at a designated time, because, for instance, it was closed by the time we got out of the game and got back to the hotel - very disappointing. Breakfast ended before the scheduled time, so I missed breakfast too.

Passable

Liked: Rooms were sufficient
Disliked: Extremely long wait to get checked in. Line of probably 40 or more people waiting outside. They refuse to check people in until after 3pm.

A clean, no frills place...

Liked: I liked the location to the ballpark, it's just across the freeway. Also, it looks like it was totally redone so everything was clean and fresh. Parking was secure and there was a security car driving around making sure things were safe.
Disliked: Nothing serious, especially for the price. My room was basically a conference room (it had a 12 foot conference table in it) with a Murphy bed. The bed was nothing special but it was comfortable. It's about 30 minutes away from the airport.

Fair

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: When I first came to check in I waited at the front desk for what seemed to be 10 minutes. No staff came out to greet me, though I could hear them having a conversation behind the wall. I had to get their attention. We had a window fan sitting on top of the air conditioner that was on high when we entered our room. Which was covering up a towel that was covering up a broken vent. I have a two year old that could have put his hand in the fan so we kept it off. The room still stayed cool though. So, I?m not quite sure why that was in there. We didn?t have any toilet paper. So, we had to go to the front desk to retrieve some. Breakfast was alright. It was a grab and go. The first day there was enough. The second day there were more people so when we went down by 8:00 there was nothing left. On the last day we were there one of the elevators broke down.

Royals Weekend

Liked: Walking distance to the Royals game!! Room was clean and cool. We never had to adjust the temperature control. Disappointed in the breakfast, but understand the reason for the limited selection due to Covid. Staff was friendly!
