Room was very nice and comfortable. I've stayed with Drury many times and locations, I'll stay with them again!
Disliked: The food could be better.

We were very impressed with the beauty of the hotel and room we stayed in. I was ecstatic that Drury uses "green" shampoos and conditioners and things. I was pleased with the smell of the hotel. There were several times my boys told me I smelled good but I had to tell them, it wasn't me - it was the hotel! I couldn't figure out if it was the laundry or where the scent was coming from but it was a very clean and great scent. I was very pleased with our visit and became a gold club member and look forward to Drury Inn chains in the future.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great and the breakfast is better than alot of other hotels we have stayed in.

I would definitely stay again!
Liked: Loved the staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The room and hotel in general was very clean. The pool area was nice. Its on the lower level and you can see down into it from every floor. I liked the key card access to the garage after 7pm. That made me feel safe.
Disliked: Only one elevator went to the second floor, but once we found the stairs in the back of the hotel, the main stairs also didn't go to the second floor, the stay went a lot more smoothly. The dinner was ok. Definitely not enough seating for everyone.

Good but better computer system...
Disliked: Taking care of my case has been really slow. First, the receptionist has been busy with another customer, which I would understand in normal situations, but that customer was dealing with a more complex case than mine: I simply needed a room to spend the night after a very difficult 14 hours-long flight and troubles with the public transports.Moreover, registration have been slowed by issues with the computer system from the hotel. Since it was not possible to manually register my reservation, first I had to reserve a room with Booking.com, second I had to wait 15 minutes before the online reservation could be registered in the system.Result: I have waited literally half an hour before having been given access to the room.
