Disliked: No amenities in the room … just a refrigerator - No microwaveWe were located near/under the stairs and it was very noisy.

Liked: It was right on the ocean & we could walk to the board walk
Disliked: 1. There was no parking. Therefore when we found a parking spot we could not move our truck because we didn't want to street park for $60.00 a day. There is side street parking but it was sketchy. There were not many breakfast food options without a car. 2. The rooms were dirty. We had to wash my daughter's feet before bed because the floors were dirty. We did not let my other daughter crawl on the floor there was so much sand. We ended up bring in our own blankets there was so much sand in the bed. 3. We asked to check in early and they front desk said they would call when the room was open -- they called 1 min before check in. 4. We were moved rooms the last night of our stay. We were never told why. We were never offered a discount or help moving our stuff. This was incredibly inconvenient because we were traveling with two pack and plays for our two children under two years old. We only agreed because we though the room would be CLEAN. The front desk made us move before the floors were dry-- the room smelled like bleach. We decided to leave.5. The TV wasn't working-- we had to set up our phones for the wifi to watch TV.

Liked: Hotel was right on the beach and had its own private beach. Hotel closed on our checkout day so a lot of things were not open. Bathroom was very nice, new shower. Lots of closet space and nice refrigerator/freezer in room.
