Poor

Liked: It had a dim light.
Disliked: Every thing was awful, mold in the bathrooms which were disasters on their own and dirty laundry under the beds. Gross and not well kept

Exceptional

Liked: location on a quiet street right next to heart of the city, steps away from all the culture you could want. One-half block away from the subway to anywhere. Host was friendly and helpful.

My favourite place in Toronto.

Liked: Breakfast lacked healthy choices but that's unimportant because nearby shops and restaurants let you supplement what's there with whatever you like.
Disliked: Hard to improve on their location and friendliness...

Fabulous

Liked: I liked the location, the hotel is surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants, shops. Very close to city center and all the sightsigns. the idea of the B&B, especially breakfast was great - variety of the food, atmosphere, coffee made by the owner, the big round table and pleasant conversations with other guests - everything was making each morning relaxing and the following day full of good mood. The bedroom was wide and quite, bed was comfortable. Owner was supportive, e.g. he helped me when I forgot the key in my room.
Disliked: I didn't like too much that my room was on a 3rd floor, no elevator, very narrow stairs. It was very difficult for me to bring my luggage upstairs and then downstairs. On another hand, there are only 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, 1 bathroom is just for them. However in that bathroom water pressure wasn't enough, and it took 5-10 minutes to wait for hot water. Also it wasn't clean enough, a lot of someones belonging, e.g. shaving things, empty bottles from shampoo and hairs on a floor, etc.
