All in all it was...

Liked: We loved the room and the view was amazing!
Disliked: The fact that half of the hotel was under renovation so we missed out on a lot.

I will NEVER book for...

Liked: Nothing, we purchased the non-refundable rate and leaned a lesson.
Disliked: Everything. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I will NOT ever stay...

Liked: Hotel was absolutely terrible. Definitely a 2 star hotel and not worth the money.
Disliked: Everything. They need to tell people it’s under construction. Half of the hotel closed off due to construction. Bathrooms are so so SMALL.

Poor facilities but friendly staff

Liked: Location is very good and easy access to the beach and the fishing pier, as well as most the areas restaurants and parks.
Disliked: Booking.com and the hotel website didn’t mention at all that more than half of the property is under renovation, the remaining operational section is essentially next to a construction site. The facility in the room is old and malfunctioning all the time. During our stay my daughter was locked inside the bathroom for about an hour and the staff have to break the door to get her out. Very scary experience for her as the bathroom is very small and tight in air.

Absolutely horrible

Liked: I liked the willingness and helpfulness from staff and that's was all
Disliked: We got to the hotel it was super sketchy we drove to what looked like the front it was poorly lit no staff in sight we spent an hour walking around for someone and finally found a conference center and asked a man who finally helped point us across the street? To where the check in was. Now we are tired as we just did a 15 hour drive down to the hotel... We go up and it looks like a horror movie the lights were non existent, vacant rooms looked like they had been demolished, but we ignored it because of construction... as we walked in our room there were papers on the floor, stains on the pillows, the main light was broken and even the toilet paper holder was broken. We promptly left and stayed for all of about 10 seconds in the room before we went back and tried to get out refund. The company refuses to give a refund after I was promised one. Absolutely terrible
