Will not stay again.

Disliked: Room was not ready at check-in time. Only 1 towel for two people.

Liked: Friendly staff and cleanness of hotel.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking 12 a day and to get out of parking garage there is only 1 way and access and if there is a line of cars which there was on Saturday it takes a while to get out. It took us 20 mins to wait in line & to get out of parking garage.

Very disappointed in the customer...

Liked: Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.
Disliked: We had to call for towels and room cleaning four times. We were told several times it had been taken care of -- were missing towels, wash clothes, bath mat, cups, coffee, coffee cups. Plus, TV, micro wave, refrigerator, coffee pot did not work because a new power strip was trade, For a Hilton property this was completely unacceptable.Did not feel the staff was at all competent.

Liked: Staff are friendly
Disliked: I had paid for a double queen room and we got one king bed - I asked for what I had paid for and they did not allow us to change rooms because it was busy.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Parking was terrible and there were no signs lit up to find your way to the check in !!

Liked: The character, look, location etc. I could tell it was a fabulous hotel at one time; nice bones but it definitely needs some cosmetic work like new furniture in the front lobby. Some of the staff was great some not so much. But we would stay again.

Liked: The hotel was very nice in the staff was great. We really enjoyed the location as well.
Disliked: we really enjoyed the hotel and cannot find a bad thing to say about it

Liked: There was OK, but wasn’t have shower gel the bottle I switched to room. Both room was empty.
