Liked: No satisfisfied at all since I had to pay for another room.
Disliked: Hello, I arrived to check in at the Hotel and I was told my reservation was never confirmed as changed from friday. I was then forced to make another booking and was charged double. I even gave the clerk the confirmation number and show him the acceptance for the date change and he just kept saying that I was booked for friday and not saturday. I am not very happy with this hotel. The first clerk tried to charge my credit card and something was wrong with the machine. She tried so many times that my card was disabled by my bank.
