My family and I had a great time - the hotel was clean and staff was really customer friendly. I will revisit this place.

Disliked: Old dusty run down motel! $18 for parking and $25 to check out at noon instead of 11 lol. So many better choices to stay around there. Never again!

Liked: This hotel has exceptional personality. While Doubletree by Hilton are renowned chain brands, this particular hotel has the feel of a classy boutique hotel. Ive stayed in suites and king rooms and they all offer an old school charm that I find appealing
Disliked: It needs two additional elevators located in the courtyard accessible from the pool patio. Its a long walk around to the far side of the hotel.

Superb

Liked: One stop shop! Everything I needed was onsite!
Disliked: No fault of the hotel, but due to the weather, we were without power for about an hour. Lobby and hallways had backup lighting.

Liked: Lobby was nice, but I didn't particularly care since I didn't spend much time there.
Disliked: Room was dirty and dusty, open vents in such as in the shower and right next to the desk had clearly not been cleaned in months/years based on how much dust was caked on. Also smells like mold/mildew. Prolems persisted despite switching rooms
