DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh Airport, Coraopolis

Liked: Clean; staff nice; no complaints at all.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Upon checkin, we received a warm cookie...delicious and learned that there was a wedding reception being held there. We got to our room and discovered the toilet kept plugging up. I called for Maintenance. After the guy worked on it for an hour we had to leave to attend the concert. When we got back that night, it flushed fine. The next morning, I discovered it was plugged up again! I didn't want to call for Maintenance again because there were 3 girls that had to get ready to check out...so needless to say, we didn't use it. When I checked out and told them, they apologized and gave us a free breakfast. The rooms were spacious and cozy. The only other problem we had was doors slamming around 3 a.m. and I'm thinking it was due to the wedding reception attendees that where staying there. It continued for 2 hours. I was not a happy camper because I got about 2 hours sleep and had to drive home 3 hours!

Disliked: Toilet didn't flush from the minute we got there

It was great

Disliked: The restaurant did not seem equipped for a large crowd. We left and went elsewhere. Also the please wait to be seated sign on the hotel side entrance was on the steps into the dining area. Not visible to patrons entering from the hotel lobby.

Good value

Liked: Chris was wonderful. He was very polite and friendly. The other staff that came in once his shift was over, wasn't the most friendly.
Disliked: My room was noisy so it made it difficult to sleep

Exceptional

Nice people, convenient for travel,...

Liked: The staff were very nice and accommodating , The shuttle service was super convenient as well as the Parking during travel was a great deal.
Disliked: The was no roll away options even tho the listing was online that they were available. Heat didn't work, they did come asap to fix but then it was super hot and wouldn't adjust.
