The $50.00 pet fee was unfair, especially when they don't tell you if you have pre-paid. Beware!!

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. Parking was safe.
Disliked: The gal who checked me in did not tell me I was going to pay a $50.00 pet fee. I signed some checklist that said to be careful about my pet, what was not acceptable and that it was my responsibility. The form never mentioned a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee nor did the desk clerk. I had pre-paid for the room so when she ran my card I thought it was just to make sure I didn't have any incidentals. She also didn't tell me that breakfast was $14.00. My dog was a very good boy and did not have any accidents or violations and I refused to pay for breakfast when I was already paying $173.00. When I checked out I turned my keycards in and asked for a receipt the clerk said I would get one online. I asked her if there were any additional charges and she said they would check for incidentals and then reimburse me if everything was fine. She never mentioned a pet fee. When I finished my drive back to Wisconsin I checked my phone and noticed the exorbitent pet fee. The fee was never returned to me and I feel that the clerks were dishonest because they didn't tell me and skirted the truth when asked.

Disliked: It was old and dirty. I picked this hotel because it has a peloton bike. Parts of it were broken, calibration was off & I couldnt adjust the handle bars or seat (forwards and back function). I spent the extra money for that feature wont do it again.
