Disliked: My first room the toilet was only flushing for it self, soap dish in shower area had used soap with hair on it . I all I had tk change room.I was not informed the shuttle stop at 11.00 , I call the front desk and was,never told.... got in miami 10.45 and reach the hotel 3.45 am. Ridiculous

A good place to stay.

Liked: The pool area was nice. Lobby area was nice. The rooms were good.
Disliked: The place was nice, but they were quite a few extra charges added to room charge. Housekeeping came to a room at 9:30 in the morning and wanted to know if we were leaving yet but check out is until noon.

Liked: The staff was kind and helpful in every way possible, the room was big comfy and had lots of space, ooh The pool was amazing too
Disliked: We had everything except an microwave would have been amazing to had one
