I will not likely stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Front desk personnel friendly.
Disliked: Rooms dated and somewhat shabby; very poor housekeeping - did not replace coffee or cups or drinking glasses.

Not recommended

Disliked: Not a great experience!!! Room are run down. Room stunk. Had to ask for towels. Shower and sink did not drain properly. Refrigerator was not cold. Elevator broken. Pool is disgusting. USB chargers do not work. Definitely NOT worth the price paid. Staff was nice enough but not motivated to fix anything. Location was kind of questionable regarding safety.

Liked: It was clean for a Memphis hotel
Disliked: Soap and shampoo were completely gone and all the creamer for the complimentary coffee was gone and they had all empty containers. And it took 30 minutes to get checked in because of a long line .
