I had a great stay...
Liked: The property was great, but an upgrade in the furniture in the rooms is a must. The staff was excellent and made me feel like I was welcome. Thanks!
Disliked: The room was really basic. I think the one chair in the room was noticeable and the step-in tube is outdated. The one elevated makes trips in and out of the room of the room time consuming as well.

Liked: We didn’t have the breakfast. We DID go into the marquis restaurant and had Caesar salads which were delicious.
Disliked: I’m waiting to make sure I get the entire $50.00 deposit back. Apparently, your credit card is used and kept incase you order room service or use other Anne cities. We paid cash at the restaurant and did not charge it to our room. When I checked out, I was told that we would be getting half the $50.00 back. We’ll see. I hope I don’t have to call to get my full amount back.

The best Hilton property I...
Liked: The property was beautiful. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were awesome.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about the property.

Stressful about the reservation.
Liked: Property was great.
Disliked: When I checked in my reservation with Booking ($146.96)was not found. I had to pay for another room at $188.21 for the same room. This made for a negative attitude for me. My evening was spoiled and caused me stress.

Liked: The first front desk woman was great
Disliked: Between booking.com and the hotel staff not knowing why the website said it had amenities it didn’t, and a price sale that was incorrect for the wrong room. Only thing given was a room change for the regular price and complimentary late check out, (by an hour) whoopie. Overall poor service and should’ve resulted in refund in total. Booking.com agent was rude and hung up on my face.
