Work on a couple of...

Liked: Nice place. Warm delicious Cookies were the best. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Had Elevators down which caused long waits at the only one running during the weekend rush. Availability of towels ran low during the weekend. Breakfast should be included. The cost was way too much.

Liked: That it was dog friendly in a great location and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and stains all over the carpet. Also the bathroom ceiling was falling apart and off causing more cleaning issues

Except for the bedbugs we...

Liked: The jacuzzi and pool was nice. Hot fresh cookies and John was amazing with my granddaughter
Disliked: Bedbugs in the pullout sofa bed. My mom's lover back is still swollen and uncomfortable
