Waste of time and money

Liked: Only chose for free shuttle and proximity to airport, but for money paid wanted way more
Disliked: Reception couldn’t get me a room, told me to call online reservations that took forever, so I booked with booking which took seconds, but hotel didn’t acknowledge it until after 15-20 minutes. Bathroom was weary and unpleasant. Breakfast expensive and mediocre. Restaurant wasn’t open until 5pm and even then it didn’t have 3 out of 5 of their entrees offered, still no room service . Terrible, never had such experience with Doubletree.

Disliked: I was stuck in the elevator and had to call the fire department ourselves to get out and the supervisor treated us like it was unreasonable for us to be upset

DIRTY AND OVERPRICED.

Liked: I like the location, being close to the airport is a big plus. The size of the room was nice and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: It looked clean on the surface but I could see how dirty it was the longer we stayed. There was a huge stain on the side of the mattress that was covered. They are also gouging parking fees when they don’t even have a garage. At least if it was a garage, I know my car would be protected. The staff also took my travel blanket and when I asked if anyone turned it in they said they saw it in the kitchen somewhere.

Disliked: They charged me $40 for parking, but I didn't have a car with me, so I took a lift. I contacted them in January and said they will refund the money but never got it back.

Liked: Was clean
Disliked: Check in staff was rude. Check out staff , much more pleasant. Charge to park my car?? Insane. I paid a lot of money to sleep here, where else else am I supposed to park??!
