Disliked: First off the room booking.com is very misleading I asked for a a Jacuzzi room search and this is the hotel that was offered even said a robe was included this was very incorrect pool was closed had to wait almost an hr and a half to check in due to down systemI got the option to check in without having to see the front desk but for some system reasons that also didn't work getting into town late at night after a long trip on the road it was a very unpleasant experience didn't get settled down till around 2am was woke up by housekeeping around 10 trying to get us to check out early asked for a later check out and got denied Staff was very unprofessional with a lady that was very upset with her situation in line behind me

Liked: It has coffee shop and restaurant which is convenient in the zone. Enough room for 1 person and cozy facilities.
Disliked: They never cleaned my room, even though I asked.

Disliked: The pool area was too cold for it to be winter

Liked: The grandkids liked the pool and hot tub. The room was spacious.
Disliked: I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast, but having a Starbucks in the hotel was a nice (and affordable) option.

Disliked: I booked on booking.com to bring my daughter and 3 of her friends as her 13th birthday party and gift. I received a conformation email from both booking.com and double tree. However, when we got there at 7:30pm very excited to hang out and swim, the hotel had no record of our confirmation. After calling booking, and then booking and double tree talking on my phone, double tree was still unable to find my reservation. They also had no available double rooms. The front desk didn’t offer to help in any way, looking for a joining rooms, offering a rolling bed, calling around to any other double trees…he just kept telling me there was no record of my confirmation and he couldn’t help me. Finally, after an hour of going around in circles, my daughter and I, both near tears and we left. I am so disappointed that the hotel did nothing to try to help, even though there were 2 front desk workers and no one else checking in or out,
