Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The website says free parking and this is just not true. Parking is not free and also expect to pay a $50 deposit on top of all other charges upon arrival as well.

Very Disappointing and smelly

Liked: The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. On the outside it is a beautiful hotel. The hot tub was nice.
Disliked: The view from our room was of an old venting unit on top of the concrete roof. Mold all over tiles in the bathroom and around the air conditioner intake vent. Room smelled musty. Staff were close to being rude. At over $ 500.00 for 2 nights the value was terrible.

Liked: We paid for breakfast thought food was good but expensive for avacado toast. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Not enough toilet paper had to request washcloths and coffee stirrers for next day and there was hair in our shower when we arrived and smelled like cat urine to me

Liked: They charge doble the money for 3 days more then 2000 dollars plus deposit 150 !!!!! My Son paid everything when we checked in , 951 dollars plus 150 dollars deposit , from 15 to 18 March ! And when we checked out , they charge again another 1150 from the credit card !!!!!!! Im going to the Police to report the Stolen if my money is not coming today 😡!!!!!!

Liked: They had a gym
Disliked: The manager of the restaurant wanted to leave even though it was an hour before they close. So he mopped the floors while 10 of us were still siting there and our noses and throats started too burn from the ammonia.

Disliked: They used a text messaging system to communicate with me - there was no opt in option for this service, they just started messaging. There should be a consent/opt in message prior to receiving these messages as it was jarring and unexpected.
