Liked: Spacious room with a comfortable king size bed. It’s also near the water and walking distance to a supermarket, liquor store and public transportation. The complimentary airport shuttle was also convenient.

Liked: The Double Tree by Hilton Boston Bayside is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Red Line JFK/UMass station and a Star Market. And it is very reasonably priced by Boston standards.
Disliked: Nope.

Liked: Bed sheets, location, airport shuttle, cosmetics, douvet, room size
Disliked: No bathrobe, no slippers, no way to turn out the aircon, very u helpful front desk, zero smile and lots of attitude. Very dissatisfied overall

Will definitely stay again

Liked: Very secure and safe place, which is reassuring for women traveling alone. Always had a security guy on duty and you can't even access the elevator without your room key.I took an Uber to every place I went to. Great place for pick up and drop off and longest wait time was 6 minutes. Room was very clean (as well as whole facility) and spacious.
Disliked: There's a cafe with limited menu. Wasn't impressed with the food or selection. Showers in room should be updated to walk in instead of tub/shower.
