Disappointing

Overall we did enjoy ours...

Liked: I didn't eat breakfast there. The location of the restaurant in the lobby was perfect. I ate lunch there not breakfast.
Disliked: The telephone customer service reps need a better attitude or personality dealing with customers. The room did not have a remote control to the television and the telephone cord was missing.

It was quiet, the staff...

Liked: I had to leave earlier than breakfast was served. The cookies were delicious. Our tv didn’t work that’s why the rating is so low.
Disliked: The tv-it kept going out and had vertical lines in it. Also it had no picture but sound. I have pictures and a video of it happening

Passable

Disliked: Television was not synched with internet/cable, desk top was not wiped clean, waste cans did not have liners

Exceptional

Frustrating due to noise issues.

Liked: Clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The property was loud. Younger guests were making noise in the hallways and adjacent rooms late at night. Seems like the property did not house larger parties together or have a quiet section of the hotel.
