Liked: It was updated wonderfully and clean
Disliked: The pool I was SO excited to swim but it smelled soooo strong of chlorine my husband and I couldn’t be in there without getting a headache

I thought it would have...

Liked: very spacious room, beds were comfortable
Disliked: the elevator! I jave panick attacks and have only recently been able to do elevators again but this one was terrible for me.The pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel. The chlorine smell was beyond overwhelming and the water was an icky shade of blue with hairs.

Amazing

Liked: Our check in and out staff Mandi was beyond exceptional. This lady went over and beyond to help us get our bookings correct and help our family to be close as we said goodbye to our brother. I have NEVER dealt with such a personable, caring person striving to do her job so perfectly while making her customer feel like they are not just a room number coming and going. All the staff was very nice, and the place was very clean and accommodating, but Mandi will forever stand out in my head when I think of The Doubletree.
