Disliked: Room was not clean, hair was in the sink, a brown mark on a folded towel, and there was a really gross spot on a pillow. I also thought we had breakfast included.... didn't realize it was for cost at restaurant

5 star hotel

Liked: We love the hotel it's our day and my kids love their breakfast. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. The pool and warm cookies are a plus!!

Disliked: The rooms are a little pricey and outdated. If I'm paying $500 for a weekend I'd prefer a more up to date room

Disliked: The housekeeper was rude and disrespectful. The room was freezing cold and there was a constant rattling sound coming from the vent in the bedroom. Way overpriced almost $500 for the weekend absolutely overpriced.
