I would come back again but book a bigger room.

Disliked: 1) elevators don’t work properly and you wait both ways up to 5 mins to get anywhere 2) they don’t clean rooms with vacuum and don’t dust the room- basically only bed. 3) staff on reception is not friendly and act like you owe them something, unclear and very rude in messages when you try to clarify things. 4) super thin walls, almost paper from all directions 5) when it’s windy it’s very loud as windows are very old 6) AC for warming is soooo loud that you wake up every time at night- without it it’s very cold 6) restaurant downstairs tries to trick you, give you bad quality food. But always expect you to act like happy and worshiping their facility! Hello, where is the service?! It’s 2 stars hotel

Disliked: There were only two elevators so often it took a while to get to and from my room from the lobby. There was also little working space downstairs and in general the hotel felt a little cramped

Disliked: Need more elevators/ not as modern as I would have thought for a NYC hotel -no USB ports in room - toilet paper hard to get to and would get with with water from sink - space was tight
