We have stayed there before and had no complaints but this time I wasn't as impressed.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and staff was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was overcharged for what we got. Also the shower head couldn't adjust much so caused water on the floor. Then after the shower ran our room smelled like smoke.

Liked: The restaurant manager Sam was EXCELLENT. He was the only person working and coming from someone who works in the service industry, he did an amazing job and getting our food out to us at a good time and drinks were so yum! Highly recommend going to the restaurant and have him wait on you!!!! :)

Liked: Location was good. Nice pool.
Disliked: I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and the picture showed two beds in one room. I got only one bed and the second queen "bed" was the fold out couch. They did nothing to fix it saying they were full. Didn't offer any compensation. The bathroom door is a slide door with 1" opening on the side so anyone in the room could see you on the pot. The bed was uncomfortable.
