Disappointing

Liked: We had a lot of fun at the spa ! the room service was ok but could have used more cloths and towels . the bed was made one day but not the next.
Disliked: When we flushed the toilet actual poop came up into the shower . I had to throw out my shampoo conditioner and loufa and such as they were covered in sewage . it made the room stink !
