Liked: Location was good to where I need to go. Missing coffee machine, notifiedx4 to get it, no hair dryer, bathroom was leaking, drain cover was missing, loud neighbors. Otherwise comfortable bed.
Disliked: No coffee until I get the coffee machine.

Disliked: It was not clean, we had roaches in our bathroom - our room was very hot. The AC did not work properly, the drain to the shower was clogged… it was awful.

Liked: The staff is absolutely amazing. Every single person was genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room is not clean. The coffee machine is not cleaned. Though booking says free breakfast, but they charge $15 per person. The bathroom door was not locking. The room seems like a 2 star hotel.

Liked: They over booked I didn’t even get to stay and I still haven’t been refunded I called booking and they still haven’t gotten me back this is crazy
Disliked: Still haven’t been refunded the door was locked when I arrived and the front desk lady pretty much ignored me when I asked how to get a new room or if there was a way she could refund me

I would probably stay there...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty with dirty towels and no toilet paper. At 3 am someone was banging on my room door I was told I wasn’t all the way checked in so they tried to give it to someone else.

Liked: The staff members were very helpful
Disliked: The couch in the room was not very clean with spill stains on the cushions.

Poor

Liked: Property was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The ac in the gym didn’t work. The ac in our room didn’t work, we agreed to stay in the room since it was late and we wanted to go to bed. The staff advised they would adjust our bill due to the inconvenience, but then charged us full price. I sent a message to the property and they never responded. The restaurant at the bar was out of several items. Our refrigerator was not working either but they did come swap that out.
