Magnifique hotel in the heart...

Liked: Charming hotel, beautifully decorated in Kit Kemp style, super clean, classy, cosy and very welcoming. Lovely staff, high standard service, excellent location between Baker Street and Marylebone, short walk to the Wallace Collection Museum and even closer to Regent’s Park. Would love to come back some other time.
Disliked: It would have been good to have a coffee machine in the room.

Amazing- a gem among London...

Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, entire property was warm and cozy. I love the view of the garden from my room, and the tall ceiling and tall open window case amazing light into the room.
Disliked: Nothing, this hotel is perfect.

A fantastic night in London.

Liked: It’s our fourth time at the hotel and our favourite in London. It’s beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff is always lovely and helpful.

Liked: Limited in terms of choice but still very tasty and good service.
Disliked: Unfortunatley, there was renovation work being undertaken in the bathroom directly above my room. They were drilling out marble tiles. THE NOISE, banging for hours, was unbearable. I had booked the room, in a nice hotel in a quiet location, for the purpose of studying, but this made it impossible. It was far too loud to study or sleep. The room I was staying in should not have been booked out. I recorded it on my phone to show the manager how loud it was. They did allow me to move rooms. Unfortunately, the room I was mvoed to had a faulty air vent/fan so the entire night it made a crackling, zapping sound. They did offer me a new room again but by this point it was 1am and I was very tired. I asked for a discount but they said they were only able offer me £66 off my extremley expensive stay.
