Very nice location. We had...

Liked: I like the location because it's walking distance to most of the attractions and eatery. It's also close to the bus pickup/drop-off area. (Wego and regular transit)
Disliked: No lounge area

Liked: Great location, close to tourist attractions, right on the blue line
Disliked: The room was sparsely furnished. There was only 1 nightstand and 1 small table. We had to keep our suitcases open on the floorPrecious occupant belongings were still in the room upon arrival

Liked: The room looked brand new
Disliked: There was spider webs on the ceiling. The outside door has an gap where you can see outside and in the room a little doesn't feel safe when just locking the bottom lock. You'll have to use both locks and you can see it from inside the room when it lock. The blanket has stains that doesn't look clean.

Room was no-frills but was...

Liked: The two double-bed room was spacious enough for extra inflatable mattresses. The location, even though it was several blocks north and several blocks west of the Falls and on the edge of the tourist area, seemed safe. The walk to Niagara Falls is about 10-15 minutes from here. The parking lot seems safe for vehicles. There was often an employee in the parking lot (not sure if he was patrolling or just hanging out). We asked about tea when we only saw coffee in the morning and the staff was accommodating, giving us a bag from what appeared to be their personal box of tea. Wifi was fine. Room was no-frills but was updated and clean.
Disliked: The hallway carpet wasn't clean. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor.
