Disliked: Was told there would be a lake view. Rm 815only has a lke view if you stand in the very deep corner and stretch to see it. The room was not as clean as i would have hoped. My daughter who is undergoing chemotherapy was with me. She has lost all of her hair and was horrified to find a number of long black hairs on the bed. The hot water did not work. I did speak to the front desk and the manager kindly covered half of my bill but as i think of it now i should have insisted on having the full amount comped.

Disliked: I got back pain because of the bed, it took long time when i asked for something until I received it. I was talking shower and in the middle of it the water cut out, i had too wash myself by water bottle. The air conditioner didn’t work, the whole night till morning we were hearing next door tv noise, so we weren’t able to sleep.

Liked: Excellent facility and location.. Friendly customer service. Assistance to pre-book a transfer to the airport that could accommodate large bags and skis was most appreciated.
