Terrible, we need this sorting...
Liked: The property was closed. We had to book another hotel as we were stranded abroad, I tried to contact customer service and sent a message and we are still yet to hear from you.
Disliked: The fact it was closed

Bad
Disliked: They were closed. I had to find another hotel and pay more. I’m still waiting for a refund. Marriott customer service says it’s not their problem since I went through booking.com.

I had a great time,...
Liked: Nice renovated room. Great lighting and lots of good USB outlets for my devices. Great breakfast. Appreciate short proximity to room/elevator. Valet parking was a little steep for the one time I used the car. I wish there was an airport shuttle to/from BWI. It would have saved me a CHUNK of money ($200+)
Disliked: There was Nothing I didn't like.

Please avoid staying here.... not...
Liked: We booked 4 rooms with breakfast. The lady in the reception Ms. Lisa Owens was very rude and did not honor the deal we had booked.
Disliked: EVERYTHING..... Staff were very rude and unfriedly.
