Extremely disappointed and disgusted

Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Waking up on Sunday morning, I was shocked to find that the sheets and comforter in my room were filthy, with what appeared to be mold. This discovery was particularly concerning as my daughter, who suffers from allergies, experienced severe coughing throughout the night. It wasn’t until the next morning, when sunlight reflected on the bedding, that we realized the extent of the mold infestation.The presence of mold in the bedding was not only disgusting but also extremely unsanitary. It’s unacceptable that such conditions were allowed in a hotel room, where guests are supposed to rest and relax. This experience significantly impacted the quality of our stay and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel.I strongly urge the management of Delta Hotels by Marriott to address this issue promptly and thoroughly. Guests should never have to encounter such unsanitary conditions during their stay. It’s imperative that the hotel takes immediate action to ensure the health and well-being of its guests. Until these concerns are addressed, I cannot recommend staying at Delta Hotels by Marriott Woodbridge, New Jersey.

Liked: Reception areas is light and bright and well kept.
Disliked: Very poor quality of the room. Ripped blinds, damaged telephone, holes in sheets, one sheet over a thick plastic cover on the mattress, dirty desk, scuffed and tatty furniture, broken toilet.

The staff was very friendly...
