Dissapointing and will start looking...
Liked: Breakfast is nice as always and a good selection.
Disliked: After having Booking.com take my first booking as a no show even though i had cancelled it, there was a £10.00 reduction on the room and what was meant to be and upgraded room, however i already had booked a superior room. So there was NO upgrade. I have stayed many times now at the hotel and getting a little tired. The room we have previously was so hot that it was like a sauna and the windows didn't open.

In the infamous words....I'LL BE...
Liked: The staff (every single one) were friendly and attentive. The history of the estate was extraordinary. The main food and breakfast was good and definitely worth the value. Lovely grounds to take a stroll and very picturesque. Peaceful but, fortunately, not too far away from civilisation.
