Staff were very helpful and the accomodation and restaurant were very nice. Will stay there again even if going to Central London.
Liked: Perfect area.

Great stay, with superb service,...
Liked: Service of all staff including Housekeeping. We dud ask for rooms next to each other. They bent over backwards to sort this out. We had breakfast in our room, due to the onslaught of Coronavirus. It came 10 minutes early, with helpful staff. Under the circumstances the staff went above and beyond.
Disliked: Can't think if anything.

Perfect overnight location for O2...
Liked: Lovely comfortable bed, and good sized room.
Disliked: View was a bit bleak/lots of concrete/buildings and no greenery - but this was central London, so I suppose that's a given.

Comfortable stay despite covid-19 lurking.
Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Large hotel with plenty of parking including disabled spaces. Good lifts covering four fkoors. Bedroom comfortable and warm. Bed firm and comfortable. Plenty of ventilation and heating worked well. Bathroom clean with powerful shower. Great position for Greenwich Royal Observatory (0.3miles), Cutty Sark and museum's all within short walking distance.
Disliked: We stayed from 17-19 March 2020. Due to Covid-19 the hotel was virtually empty with "guests cancelling". Our room had a few items needing attention which we reported to reception upon leaving ( ie loose handle over bath, shower rail loose and extraction fan not working). Had to ask for more tea, sugar and milk as very little supplied. View was poor considering lots of empty rooms at front of hotel with decent views. We asked for one but nothing offered. Decided to eat in first night. Barfood was available but we sat in empty room. First breakfast was OK and self-service. Second breakfast was provided to order. Quality was poor with toast not toasted. Drinks were served cool. Both occasions there were only four others in restaurant. The staff did their best but these are very serious and strange times we are experiencing. No information in room about facilities and area. Charge for hotel parking for guests £15 per night.

We enjoyed it despite some...
Liked: The room and view to to river.
The close proximity to the Cutty Sark, museums, Greenwich park and the town amenities.
Disliked: We stayed Monday night 16 March.
The bar and restaurant were closed (not sure if this was just that particular evening or because of infection risks).
We did appreciate there were difficult circumstances regarding social gatherings BUT at breakfast it was an necessity to mix in close proximity with others.
We were disappointed and we dined out in the 'village' because of the closure.

A good location close to...
Liked: The location is ideal, adjacent to the National Maritime Museum. The room was made available early for us. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The corridor door closers are very noisy & woke me up when a guest left in the early hours of the morning.
