Liked: The late evening front desk was absolutely accommodating.
Disliked: Received a call to my room from I assume was the day manager at or around 9:30 to tell me that the night front desk made a mistake about my check out time. The day manager informed me of the correct check out time. But the mistake was just that, a mistake. It's the way that the day manager talked to me. Her tone was relentless with bad addittude. For someone who works in hospitality I suggest she be retrained.

Disliked: Pool closed, hot tub empty, no fitness room, breakfast was disappointing/nothing fresh or healthy. Ants in the bathroom, tub faucet dripped all night, no drinkable water in the breakfast area, beds uncomfortable.

Disliked: I didn't get back my deposit after a positive room check

Liked: I did get any sleep! The people on the 3rd floor about me were up all night! Moving furniture and stomping all night
