The hotel was a dump! I was surprised that is was a Days Inn. I have never had a complaint with them before now. We were not told that the restaurant, the pool and the bar were not open. The heat did not work. The room was outdated. The light switch was hanging out of the wall. The lamp was spliced together with black tape. The sliding door was screwed shut, which is a violation of the fire code! There was old furniture laying outback. The staff was unfriendly and refused to give me my money back. The place and property look nothing like what is on the web page. I was totally shocked and very upset. I was not the only one - there were many people complaining.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

The hotel was absolutely horrible. When I made the reservation the lady told me that the pool/spa and bar was all fully functioning. In which case, why was all of it was under construction, which I was never told!? The room was dirty - there was an empty can of Vienna sausages under the bed, which shows you how well it was cleaned in the first place! The refrigerator did not work properly, and neither did the shower - it sprayed the entire room. The sheets had stains on them! And to top it all off, the "breakfast bar" was awful and they served stale donuts and rotten milk! I was absolutely disgusted - and I hope to get my money back. Had I known none of the spa or bar facilities worked I would have taken my business elsewhere!

Liked: None.
Disliked: Awful.

Liked: When our room was unsatisfactory, they gave us a suite that needed work. Nice gesture.
Disliked: The lock was broken on our room. Even the suite didn't have a functioning chain lock on the inside. The door to outside that you would normally need a key to get was propped open with a block with several guys smoking around the door. Security was lacki

Liked: There's not one thing I liked about this place.
Disliked: Everything. There was no air conditioning in the halls. Bathroom outlet was coming out of the wall. Water stayed on even tho it was off. Cold shower. Trash all in the hallway. Blood stains on the blanket.

Liked: Nothing comes to mind
Disliked: Dirty musky smell in hallways, cigarette burns on bedding, trash on floor behind TV. The framework around door was all split out, had to lift door to get it to lock. By far the worst hotel I've stayed in.

Liked: Easy on and off interstate. The grounds were well kept. Desk clerk very knowledgable and helpful. Printed off some directions for us. Room pleasant. Bed comfy. Breakfast good. Pool nice.
Disliked: Very minor-no cream cheese for bagels. Towels left in hallway from when we arrived till when we left next morning. Reported to desk clerk and she said housekeeping gone and no one else to pick up. Perhaps any employee should have cleaned them up.

Liked: Location, close to seminar I was attending
Disliked: From check in with tiles hanging from the ceiling to A DARK DIRTY POT smelling hallway and entering being questioned by a gang hanging at the entrance near my room. My room smelled of cigarette and pot, my sheets had holes in them, the cover was spotted,

Liked: The staff was very friendly. They did a good job in trying to help when we needed to switch rooms, needed local information, etc.
Disliked: The biggest concerns include the following: the rooms did not have fire alarms, the lights and appliances were not plugged in upon arrival and the outlets did not appear safe, and there were people who were permanent residents at the hotel.
