Liked: The breakfast was good, but lacked variety.
Disliked: We left a phone charger in our room when we left, and were already many miles out of Thunder Bay when we realized our mistake. I call the front desk and requested that it be mailed to our home address, but this request was met with refusal. To mail the charger would have been a minimal expense and require minimal time. As a result, I have been unable to retrieve the charger. I feel this an unreasonable response and suggests that meeting the needs of quests is not considered to be important.

Liked: Excellent staff, especially - -Karan on Reception who was so helpful;-breakfast room attendants, especially the blonde haired lady-all the housekeeping staff
