Disliked: Mirrors were dirty; room was not clean; webs on top of ceiling.

Other than the weird smell in the building, it was a good stay. The room was nice and it didn't smell like the hallways did.
Liked: Nice room, and only 7 minutes from Rupp Arena!
Disliked: The building had a weird musty smell.

Bad
Liked: I did not stay there and I cancelled. Was told my card would be charge a the property when I arrived. I phone in within 5 minutes of booking because we passed this place. But I was charge for nothing. Very poor. Called to have a credit back but got nowhere.
Disliked: Lack of communication.

Location was great for events...
Liked: Rooms were clean and large.
Disliked: Our room key demagnetized twice and we had to walk to front desk to get it reset twice just to get back into our room. Side doors to outside went not locked and people came in and out frequently. Did not feel safe.

It was fine.
Liked: Room and bathroom size and were fairly decent.
Disliked: The website said complimentary breakfast. It was not provided. The hallways were pretty dirty and wreaked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. In my room there were multiple spiders and cobwebs that my fiance had to kill.

Staff was nice, rooms were...
Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The bathrooms had visible mold in the showers. The furniture was worn and didn’t fit the room well. The fridge did not appear to work and everything was very dated. The hallways smelled like smoke.

Excellent. Special thanks to Melissa...
Liked: Staff— I fell upon exiting my vehicle. Melissa and Dora were stupendous— called 911 and stayed with me and my husband until they arrived, reassuring us all would be well. Throughout the remainder of our stay, they were very helpful and informative. Our sincerest appreciation to them. Our room was clean, the bed very comfy and the nearby restaurant offered quite deliciously flavored food.

Disappointing
Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Didn't feel very safe . I feel like there were alot of people living there. I know that doesn't necessarily mean they were dangerous, but many just seemed pretty shady. Someone kept trying to open the connecting door to our room. Ended up just leaving around 3am and heading home. We won't be staying there again

Traveling on a budget
Liked: Kay and Melissa were amazing and reassured me that I could check in late. No extra fees just a heads up.
Disliked: I was told the late checkout fee was $10 but was charged $20. I understand it costs extra just would've been nice to have been told upfront. The property is rundown but it was extremely clean and bug free. Oh the breakfast consisted of a paper bag for on the go.

Dirty and a biohazard experience.
Liked: Friendly front desk staff. Melissa and Shae were great.
Disliked: There were bloody finger smears all over the nightstand. My husband went to the front desk to inform them of the blood. They did offer to change rooms, but my husband requested it be cleaned the next day as we had already unpacked and it was late. I had already moved the nightstand out of the way to avoid contact with it. It was not cleaned even the next after returning from being out all day. They had even come into the room and made the bed and picked up towels. The front staff came back and cleaned the bloody area the second night when i complained and found even more blood splatters in the bathroom. The front staff came back and cleaned the bloody area. She found even more blood splatters in the bathroom. I had already cleaned up a couple of spots of blood. Finding the backslash to be totally disgusting. I even took a picture of the wash cloth I'd wiped it down with to show them the degree of dirtiness. The first night, when discovered, I emailed management. I emailed a second time the next night. I even called to report the incident and was told I would get an email response within 7 days. After not getting a response in ten days, I emailed again. Still no response from management or corporate. The fingerprint smears were concerning because someone could have been severely injured in that room, and it's a bloodborne pathogen. The last thing I would want to do is contract bloodborne disease because someone failed to do their job. It's even worse that the only person who was concerned was the front desk staff.
