Liked: The staff were super friendly/helpful and hotel was very clean!Room was clean and and we were grateful for the extra pillows that were a little lower. Loved the view of the ski hills and the hotel is close to so many things. My friend and I have food allergies, so it was great to be close to grocery stores and a wonderful vegan restaurant.
Disliked: First night, the water in hot tub was pretty low, but the second night the hot tub was filled up and fantastic! I remember the pool being warmer last time I was here, and felt amazing to swim in. I don't do well in cold but really, I can't complain. I was happy just to be staying somewhere with a pool!We weren't fans of the plastic bags taped to the windows in the pool area, blocking the view of an adjacent room but at least it was something.Not enough light in our room. The lamps don't give off enough and it was a bit tough to navigate without sufficient lighting.
