Liked: Nothing liked about this hotel
Disliked: We had no bed sheets, no toilet papers, no towels and the room was filthy. Stains all over the carpet, bathroom was dirty and I got bitten by bed bugs all over my body. I spoked to the manager (Jack), who spoke horrible English. He kept saying to call my lawyer, tell everything and have money back (I believe that is what he ment). He hears the complaints all the time. We got 1 set of sheets. The bed bug, 1st night I had 2 bites so I thought it was from outside or something. 2nd night, I woke up with 10 more bites and it is still itchy and painful til this day. It is a bed bug bite. This was the worst hotel. Breakfast was a joke.

Liked: They could not provide me a room and refuse to give my money back, and we not return phonecalls to discuss
Disliked: I didn't stay there, they were zold out and kept stringing g me along until they won't answer the phone and still charged me as if I stayed and they won't return my money and refuse to me back

Liked: Nothing. Run down beyond words.....furnishings like from the 1970s with wear and tear. Comforters belong in a landfill......burn thrus, stains, disgusting. Filthy room all around.
Disliked: Nothing was to like. The place was disgustingly decrepit and dirty ....needs to be nuked.

I will not book this...

Liked: The location was good for our group.
Disliked: The bathroom was a disgrace.Shortage of towels, rooms were poorly maintained, rooms were not cleaned, we had 3 nights there. The Gem Show was on in Tucson so everywhere was booked. This property is off my list, the rooms were not cheap.

Liked: The only thing to like was the advertised rate.
Disliked: I don't think the staff ever smiled. A sign in the lobby said to let the hotel know within 15 minutes if anything was wrong. Walking to the room, the place seemed rundown, but acceptable. None of the curtains hung straight. In the room there were only stained bath towels, no hand towels nor wash cloths. When going to bed we discovered there was only one sheet! And my friend's sheet was stained with two holes. I slept with the sheet folded in half. My friend slept with his clothes on, trying to avoid other peoples cooties. The next morning he found a guy "cleaning" a room and asked if we could get two top sheets added to our two beds. He seemed surprised that a bed needed two sheets. We went to his cart and found two sheets but said he couldn't access the room while guests were staying there. My friend said we would take the sheets and make the beds ourselves.My friend checked out several things in the room since he knows electrical wiring, tested outlets, lamps and found code violations of the wiring. One lamp was missing its switch.When we returned after the second day, the water was off. My friend complained and was told it would be back on in an hour. After dinner two hours later, still no water. He went back to the lobby to complain. They said it would be any time now - more like any day now. The water did eventually come back on 3 hours later and I could hear water running thru the pipes. Later, I went to wash my hands and the water was off again. A little later, it was back on. During all this waiting time, there was quite a lot of noise in the courtyard from other "guests." My friend went to investigate. There was a crazy woman crying and howling something unintelligible. Other guests were out of their rooms mocking her and being very disruptive. I guess this is what is expected on a Friday night. AVOID THIS PROPERTY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
